- Prices are per person, based on double or single occupancy.
- Lodging for 2 nights, perks, activities, meals, taxes, and tips are included.

- Travel to and from the event is not included.
All registrations are non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation by the Festival. A weekend (3-day) pass to the festival is offered to retreat participants. This pass is non-transferable.

Arrival & Departure Times
- Arrival: 2:00 PM on Friday, March 27th (Hotel room check-in is at 4:00 PM).
- Departure: 4:00 PM on Sunday, March 29th (Hotel room check-out is at 11:00 AM).
