Learn how to make the warmest mittens in the world! Thrummed mittens are knitted by adding unspun fiber, making them plump, soft and warm as well as very cute. You will learn how to choose your material, make the thrums and insert them into your knitting.

At the end of this workshop, you will leave with the start of a thrummed mitten, as well as all the notions to complete your pair at home.

Claudia is the creator behind CloTricots, a Montreal based french knitting tutorial website . With a background in musical theater and professional swing dance instruction, she shines in her ability to share her knowledge in a clear, simple and fun way. "Learning to knit, one stitch at a time" is easy with the right materials, a little patience and someone to guide you. Always on the hunt for the "why" and the "how", she helps you to overcome any challenge, big or small.
