In this workshop, you will discover needlepoint, a relaxing, decorative hand stitching method, much loved for its rapidity (in comparison to other types of embroidery) and meditative qualities. 


Learn the basic needlepoint stitches traditionally used, as well as a number of others that can add interesting visual texture to make your creations more unique.

What you leave with: Your in-progress kit and a clear vision of how to continue.

Complete kit: printed canvas, enough wool yarn to complete the project, needle, printed instructions, fabric pouch.

Tamara Serrao

As a fabric designer, Tamara has created over 20 collections for the quilting community. Her colourful designs are joyful and bursting with life.

She has been sharing her love of creating fresh, modern quilts and other needle arts with students internationally for a number of years, where she equally enjoys teaching techniques and inspiring others to embrace their unique voice in creating contemporary textiles true to their personal vision.
