A weekend (3-day) pass to the festival is offered to participants taking a workshop. (limit one pass per person)

Description

This class covers the use of beads and other items with holes as decorative elements in knitting. We will explore different ways of using beads that are pre-threaded onto the yarn as well as ways of applying beads and sequins while knitting. I will bring a variety of finished samples to demonstrate the techniques.

fingering weight yarn-appropriate needles (circular or straight)

felt to hold beads, dental floss threader to thread beads, size 6/0 beads, large hole sequins, metal scales
