Say goodbye to the second-sock syndrome. Knit both socks from the toe up at the same time using a long circular needle and some markers. With this technique, you can be sure that the two socks will be exactly the same and that you will be able to use up your yarn.

What to bring

  • One skein of worsted-weight yarn (100 g/200 m) and devided in 2 balls of 50gr
  • 40-inch circular needles US #6 (4 mm)
  • Two markers of different colours

After working for almost two decades as a journalist, Clara decided to put aside all those written words and express herself through threads. Yet, the idealistic dream to make a difference and change the world that led her to choose journalism still lives in her. Now that she has retired her pen, needles are her tools. Through embroidery, she lets colour flow and shape the images that will compose her pieces. Knitting, crochet, spinning and weaving are also textile crafts that she masters and play with to translate her thoughts.
